A large format commercial electric double-deck pizza oven constructed from stainless steel. The unit features two separate cooking chambers, each equipped with a refractory stone hearth base and a glass viewing window integrated into the pull-down doors. The right-hand control panel is fitted with individual thermostats for the upper and lower heating elements of each deck, along with two analogue temperature gauges. The gauges are calibrated in Celsius, featuring a numerical scale from 0 to 500 with the unit mark degrees C. A black rocker switch is located next to each thermostat, and two additional rotary switches are positioned on the panel. The control panel features a printed black CE mark and white text reading ON and OFF next to the various switches. The sides of the exterior housing are finished with ventilation louvres arranged in vertical rows. The oven is currently positioned on a separate open metal frame stand.
