A modern chest of drawers in a rustic style, constructed from solid pine with a honey-coloured varnished finish. The rectangular top features a bullnose edge above a vertical bank of four full-width drawers of approximately equal depth. Each drawer is fitted with a pair of turned pine bun-style pull handles. The piece is supported on a plinth base with two turned bun feet at the front. The overall design and construction are consistent with mass-produced factory furniture manufactured in the United Kingdom during the late 20th century.
