A Halfords Advanced fully automatic battery charger designed for 12V lead-acid batteries, including sealed and gel variants. The unit is housed in a black plastic casing with an integrated carrying handle and top-mounted ventilation grilles. The front interface features a status display with LED indicators for Ready and Maintaining, Charging, Power, and Polarity Check. A toggle switch is located on the right side for selecting between Sealed and Standard battery types. The front panel also includes printed icons indicating compatibility with petrol and diesel vehicles, 4x4s, vans, motorhomes, and marine craft. The charger is equipped with integrated output cables terminating in red and black crocodile clips and a captive UK mains power lead with a 3-pin plug.
