A set of three white glazed earthenware vessels, likely ironstone or semi-porcelain, consisting of a large wash basin, a matching water pitcher, and a smaller companion jar. The basin is of deep circular form with a wide flaring rim featuring a molded relief border of scrolling foliate and shell motifs. The pitcher has an ovoid body with a flared, scalloped rim and a scrolled handle, decorated with matching molded relief designs around the neck and shoulder. The smaller vessel possesses a similar scalloped rim and molded body decoration. All three pieces are finished with a simple gold-tone gilt band around the mid-section and along the scalloped edges of the rims and handles. No manufacturer marks or backstamps are visible on the exterior surfaces or interior bases shown.
