A collection of concrete building blocks, possibly breeze blocks or paving slabs, stacked in multiple layers. The blocks are constructed from a coarse, light-grey textured concrete material. The stack is secured horizontally by several rows of blue plastic tension strapping. The blocks are stored outdoors, partially covered by clear plastic sheeting and surrounded by vegetation. No manufacturer names, marks, or labels are visible on the blocks or the securing materials.
