The unit is housed in an orange-painted metal casing with a black plastic front interface and an integrated top carry handle. The front control panel features a digital LED display, two adjustment knobs for voltage and amperage, and dedicated selector buttons and indicator LEDs for welding modes including flux-cored 0.8mm, flux-cored 1.0mm, MMA, and TIG. The front panel is marked with the HITBOX logo and model number HBM1200, alongside a CE mark and a warning symbol directing the user to the manual. The unit is configured for 220V operation as indicated on the faceplate and is fitted with a standard UK 3-pin fused plug.
