A framed commemorative numismatic and philatelic display issued for the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo (1815–2015). The piece consists of a Certificate of Authenticity and a philatelic-numismatic cover, both presented within a light-coloured wooden frame. The cover includes six postage stamps depicting various scenes from the battle, each with a commemorative cancellation mark. Encapsulated in the bottom left of the cover is a gold-coloured £5 proof coin; the reverse design shows a mounted military figure leading troops, and the obverse features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley. The printed Certificate of Authenticity titled THE BATTLE OF WATERLOO £5 PROOF COIN COVER states an Edition Limit of 995. A hand-written edition number in black ink at the bottom right of the inner mount reads 007 / 995. The entire assembly is housed behind glass.
