A decorative porcelain vase of four-sided tapering form featuring a waisted neck and a flared circular rim. The body is decorated with recessed white rectangular panels containing polychrome enamel depictions of birds perched amongst flowering branches and pink peonies. These panels are surrounded by a deep cobalt blue ground embellished with gilt scrolling and floral motifs. The shoulders and neck are decorated with floral sprays on a white ground, finished with a cobalt blue and gilt border at the rim. No marks or signatures are visible on the exterior surfaces shown.
