A decorative twin-handled miniature urn manufactured from porcelain 71. The vessel features an ovoid body, a narrow neck with a flared rim, and two gilt rectangular handles, all set upon a two-tiered square pedestal base. The exterior is decorated with a cobalt blue ground and central hand-painted floral cartouches showing sprays of flowers including roses. The cartouches are bordered by intricate gilt foliate scrolling. A maroon band is painted around the shoulder. A green printed mark is present on the lower edge of the pedestal base reading ‘MADE IN’ followed by an illegible word of approximately five characters.
