A ceramic jug of bulbous form, constructed from white glazed earthenware or ironstone. The body features a large polychrome transfer-printed floral bouquet composed of yellow, white, and pink roses with green foliage. Matching smaller floral sprays decorate the flared neck and the outer edge of the handle. The jug is designed with a scalloped rim, a shaped pouring spout, and an ornate scrolling handle. The lower portion of the body displays a moulded relief pattern of repeating geometric indentations. The interior is finished in a plain white glaze. No marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the exterior surfaces shown.
