A large metal chandelier in the Dutch Baroque Revival or Flemish style. The piece features a two-tier configuration with ten lights in total, arranged with four curved arms on the upper tier and six matching arms on the lower tier. The central stem has a traditional baluster form topped with a suspension loop and chain. Each arm terminates in a circular metal drip pan and bulb socket. The construction consists of metal, showing characteristics of brass-plated steel or iron. It is designed for use with candle-style bulbs; however, the decorative candle sleeves are currently absent. The item is being sold as a restoration project.
