A large decorative Himalayan rock salt lamp. The specimen consists of a substantial piece of natural, rough-hewn pinkish-orange rock salt (halite), characterised by its crystalline texture and varied internal opacity. The salt crystal is mounted upon a dark-toned circular base. It is fitted with a black electrical lead featuring an inline switch and a standard UK three-pin plug. A small white adhesive label is present on the table surface next to the base with the handwritten characters £25.00.
