A mid-20th-century floor-standing radiogram manufactured by Ferguson (Ferguson Radio Corporation Ltd., a subsidiary of Thorn Electrical Industries Ltd.). The cabinet is constructed from wood with a polished veneer and features a hinged lid. The front section contains a speaker grille covered in textured fabric, protected by four vertical wooden slats. The top deck, accessible under the lid, includes four cream-coloured plastic control knobs and a horizontal slide-rule tuning dial marked Ferguson. On the right side, a turntable is fitted with a dark-coloured platter and a grey-finished tonearm. The lot includes original Ferguson instructional literature titled Three Star.
