The figure is designed with a characterful expression, featuring a large Coca-Cola bottle cap as a hat, stylised light blue hair, and a blue bowtie at the base. The bottle cap is decorated with the Coca-Cola brand name in red Spencerian script on a white ground with a red border. A small incised X mark is located at the front centre of the base below the bowtie. This character was first introduced by the Coca-Cola Company in 1942 to promote the brand name. The item is constructed from cast iron with a multi-coloured painted finish.
