Condition report:
The chest shows evidence of significant age and use. The top surface and its front leading edge exhibit heavy scuffing, finish loss, and multiple nicks. There is a presence of white residue or paint marks on the front of the upper-left drawer. General surface scratches, minor dings, and a dull finish are observed across the piece. The original turned knobs remain intact and functional.
