A square box-form garden planter of Brutalist design, constructed from cast reconstituted stone with a heavily textured aggregate finish. One exterior face features an inset rectangular decorative plaque depicting an abstract, geometric composition in shades of terracotta, ochre, and grey. The internal cavity shows a cast concrete finish. The simple, massive form and decorative element are characteristic of mid-20th-century architectural garden design. There are no visible maker’s marks, signatures, or stamps on the exterior or interior surfaces.
