The item exhibits age-related fading, most notably to the right-hand panel of the tricolour background which has shifted from red to a light orange or cream hue. There is slight rippling to the paper substrate visible behind the glass. The dark wood frame shows minor surface scuffs and wear consistent with age and handling.
