Condition report:
The item shows significant signs of age and wear. There is extensive paint loss and flaking across the surface, notably on the red jacket and facial features. Surface oxidation and an accumulation of dirt are present in the recessed areas of the casting. The mechanical function has not been tested. A paper tag with a handwritten price is attached to the base.
