Condition report:
The reconstituted stone pedestal and metal dial plate show significant weathering consistent with long-term outdoor exposure, including heavy lichen and moss growth, surface staining, and minor oxidisation marks. The cast iron base exhibits surface wear, minor oxidisation, and small areas of paint loss. The framed comic appears to be in good display condition, though it has not been inspected out of the frame for paper quality or potential damage to the back cover.
