The chest is in fair to good condition, exhibiting wear consistent with age and use. The top surface shows visible scratches, minor indentations, and some faint crazing to the finish. Small losses and wear to the veneer are present along the edges of the top and around the drawer dividers. The brass hardware displays a natural patina. A modern blue adhesive price sticker is present on the top right corner.
